Our place is at 645/2, Ram Farm Zero Road, on Silver Oak Marg in Ghittorni. It’s a bit of a quiet corner, which suits us just fine. We work with professional appliances, mostly the kind of heavy-duty fridges and kitchen gear you see in restaurants. The warehouse is usually packed with crates, and it takes some skill to navigate the forklift through the aisles. We aren't a big corporate entity with a fancy lobby. Instead, you’ll find us in the middle of the inventory, checking serial numbers or testing a unit to see if it holds the right temperature. It gets pretty hot in Ghittorni, so our main concern is making sure our cooling equipment can handle the Indian summer. We have a small, dedicated staff here. Most of us know each other’s families and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't do much in terms of promotion; most of our work comes from people knowing we have the stock and we know how it works. Sometimes the office gets cluttered with manuals and spare parts, but it’s a working office, not a museum. We spend a lot of time on the phone helping customers with technical stuff or figuring out the quickest way to get a unit delivered. It’s practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk, just trying to provide gear that doesn't break down when it's needed most.
