Competent Traders

We set up shop at S-1-5/6 in Arjun Nagar, right across from the Green Park Extension. It’s a good location because everyone knows where Green Park is, so we don't have to give too many directions. We’ve been trading here for years. The name Competent Traders is what we go by, but to most of the neighbors, we’re just the guys in the corner building. We deal in various supplies and goods. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and big paper ledgers. It’s not one of those high-tech places you see in the movies. We still use a lot of paper and do things the old-fashioned way. It works for us and our customers don't seem to mind. We start early most days to beat the heat and the traffic around the park. There’s a small tea stall nearby that we frequent almost every morning. Our work isn't anything revolutionary, just buying and selling and making sure the counts are right. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all been together for a long time now. There isn't much turnover here. We know our business and we know the area. If you come by, you’ll likely see us arguing over a shipping route or checking the quality of a new batch of items. It’s just daily life for us. No big missions or goals, just keeping the trade going and paying the bills. It is what it is.
