Our office is tucked into the Daya Complex at 335/2 in Rangpuri. If you know where the Radisson Hotel is in Mahipal Pur, we are right near there. It’s a convenient spot because it’s close to the main road and the airport traffic, though the noise can get a bit much sometimes. Venture Impex Pvt.Ltd. has been in this complex for a while now. We share the building with a few other businesses, so there is always someone moving boxes or parked in the wrong spot in the lot. Inside, it’s a standard setup with some computers and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. We do a lot of importing and exporting work, so there is usually a phone ringing or someone checking on a shipment. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small shops nearby. It’s not a glamorous place, but it’s where we get our work done. The team here is small, just a handful of us who know the routine inside out. We don’t really do fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps the stress down most days. The traffic in Mahipal Pur is a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush starts.
