VAKS PROPBUILD LLP

Vaks Propbuild LLP is located right across from the Radha Krishan Mandir in Samalka. It’s on the ground floor at Kh. No. 77 4-6. Being near the temple, it’s a landmark everyone knows around here, which makes it easy to give directions. South West Delhi can get pretty hectic, especially with the airport nearby and all the traffic on the main road. We work on property projects, mostly focusing on the building side of things. The office is simple, nothing fancy, just a place where we get our work done. We see a lot of people coming in and out because of the busy location. 110037 is a busy area and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It's usually just me and a couple of guys handling the daily tasks and the phone calls. Sometimes we are out on the field all day and the office stays locked up until evening. Building things is messy and we usually have dust on our shoes and clothes. We don't try to sound like experts with big complicated words. We just know how to lay bricks and manage a site. Some projects take longer than we want because of permits or the weather, and we just tell people that honestly. It’s a local business through and through. We like the neighborhood and the people here. We just want to keep doing our work without making a big scene or shouting about it.
