Our place is in the lower ground floor at A-15 in Hauz Khas. It’s the front part, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the area. Hauz Khas is always crowded, and parking can be a real headache some days. We’ve been dealing with food service equipment for a good bit of time now. It’s mostly heavy stuff, so moving things in and out of the lower ground floor takes a lot of effort and muscle. We have a small crew here. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors. It’s more of a working space where we keep the inventory and handle the daily paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the machines sitting around. We started Total Food Service Equipment because we knew the industry well. It’s a lot of metal and parts. People come in looking for specific things for their kitchens. We show them what’s available on the floor. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk about what works and what doesn't for their needs. The front office is where we sit when we aren't moving crates or checking stock. It’s a bit noisy because of the street, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We stay busy with orders and repairs. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just focus on the equipment and getting things delivered.
