Top Haven Developers Private Limited is based out of Dwarka Sector-10. Our office is located at A-15/2, First Floor, near the Vatika Park. We share this general area with a few other businesses. It's a practical location for us since we work mostly in South West Delhi. Our daily routine involves checking on construction sites and meeting with people who are looking to build something. We keep our office pretty simple. There are no marble floors or expensive art here. Just desks, maps of the local area, and plenty of pens. We just focus on doing the work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the weather stops us from working, but that’s part of the trade. We try to be straight with people. Developing property is complicated, so we spend a lot of time explaining the steps to anyone who asks. The park nearby is a good place to clear your head. It’s usually busy with kids and families in the evenings. We’ve seen Dwarka grow so much. We’ve been in this building for a while and we know the neighbors. It’s a decent place to work from. We aren't a giant corporation. We’re just a local group of people trying to make a living by building things. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building. We just take it one day at a time and see how it goes.
