The Resource Chip

Our place is at 790, Laxmi Bai Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, right in the 110023 zip code area. We handle a lot of different things under the resource umbrella. It’s mostly about connecting the right people with the right tasks. It sounds more complicated than it actually is. Most days, we’re just sitting around the table figuring out who is available and where they need to go. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. Our office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and books everywhere. We never really got around to going completely digital, so there’s still plenty of paper. It feels more real that way, I guess. We don’t have any fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We’ve had some long days when a big project comes in, but usually, we try to head home at a reasonable time. It’s not one of those places where you have to stay until late just to look busy. We value our time. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been here a good while and the neighbors know us by name now. It’s a comfortable spot to be for a bunch of people just trying to do their jobs.
