Ansa Talent Managemnet Services has been based here for a while now. Najafgarh has its own pace, and it’s a bit different from the hectic center of the city. Our office is a very simple place. We’ve got some basic desks, a few metal cupboards for our records, and a small area where we can sit and talk. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people about their careers and what they want to do next. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people involved. We aren't a massive agency with offices in every single city. We’re just right here in West Gopal Nagar. Some days the dust from the road gets into the office if the windows are open, so we’re always cleaning things off. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that because we are the ones doing that work for other companies. It’s a very straightforward setup. We come in, we make the calls, we sort the files, and we eventually head back home. It's a humble way to earn a living, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
