Angrez Institute Of English Language

Angrez Institute Of English Language is located at the Iimc New Campus, within the J.N.U area on Aruna Asaf Ali Marg. It is a very green part of New Delhi. Being on the university grounds gives the place a very academic feel. We teach English to people who need it for work or school. Our classrooms are simple. We have whiteboards, some old wooden chairs, and plenty of books. The students come from all over. Some are very shy when they start. We spend hours going over grammar and how to speak clearly. It is not a high-tech school. We mostly use paper and pens. The walk to the institute is nice because of all the trees on the JNU campus. Sometimes we see peacocks around. The building itself is quite standard for a campus facility. We have some tea during the breaks and talk about the lessons. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate, so we tell everyone to come early. We are not part of a big chain of schools. We just do our own thing here. The office is usually cluttered with student registrations and old newspapers. We like it that way because it feels like a place where learning actually happens. It gets a bit hot in the summer months since the cooling isn't perfect, but the students don't seem to mind much. We just focus on the language.
