You can find us at B-1/303 in the Manbhavan Apartments, which is over in Sector-10 of Dwarka. It’s a residential-style setup for an office, located at Plot 26. Being in New Delhi-110075, we’re right in the middle of a lot of apartment complexes. We do a lot of work related to staffing and services, so there are always people coming in for interviews or just to drop off their resumes. It’s a busy environment but it’s grounded. We don't have glass walls or modern art; it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and the building has a decent enough lobby. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens, trying to match people with the right jobs. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are tight. But we’ve got a good rhythm going in this apartment office. It’s a bit more personal than being in a massive skyscraper. You get to know the security guards and the neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one that gets the paperwork finished and helps people out. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the lights on and the office running. We share snacks in the afternoon and talk about our weekends. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job for everyone involved.
