Tamta Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Flat No. 101 in the D.D.A Flats over in Sector 22, Dwarka. Being in Pocket I of Phase I means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential activity, which makes sense for what we do. We spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with materials, so the office is more of a home base for the paperwork part of building things. It’s a small team here. We don’t have those massive glass offices you see in movies; we just have a desk, some blueprints, and a lot of coffee cups. Construction is a tough job and it gets dusty, but we enjoy seeing a project actually take shape. Dwarka has grown so much since we started, and we’ve seen the whole landscape change from our windows. Our address is easy to find if you know the Sector 22 area. We don't do much fancy advertising because most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. It’s better that way. We try to be fair and just do the job correctly the first time. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or labor issues, but that's just how the building trade goes. We stay busy enough. If you drop by the flat, you'll likely find someone buried under some plans or talking to a foreman on the phone. It’s just how we get things done around here.
