Our office for Standard Export House (I) Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Vasant Kunj, specifically at Pocket A & B-1756. It’s a quiet enough area, which is helpful when we’re trying to focus on all the export paperwork. We deal with a lot of different items, so the office is often filled with samples and boxes waiting to be checked. We aren’t some big, faceless corporation. We’re just a small group of people who know how to get things from one country to another. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of stamps. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Some days are slow, while others feel like we’re running a race against the clock to catch a flight or a ship. We don’t have a lot of time for making things look pretty. The desks are usually a mess of invoices and shipping labels. That’s just the reality of the export business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the boxes arrive where they’re supposed to go without any trouble. People around here know us as the ones who are always busy with the courier guys. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be doing it in a place like Vasant Kunj. We just keep track of the cargo and make sure the numbers match up at the end of the week.
