Vishrantika Apartments in Dwarka Sector 3 is where you’ll find us. We’re in B 12. Plot 5A is the exact spot. Srma Developer isn't a huge name you'll see on billboards, but we're here and we're working. We do the work that developers do—lots of meetings, lots of site visits, and even more paperwork than you would expect. South West Delhi is a big area to cover, but we manage to get around. The apartment we use for an office is actually pretty quiet, which is nice when you need to focus on a plan. Dwarka is a bit different from the rest of Delhi, feels a bit more planned out, though the traffic still catches you at the wrong times. We spend a lot of time on our phones, probably more than we should. It’s just the nature of the business these days. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing. Sometimes we get lunch from the local stalls nearby. The food is good and keeps us going through the afternoon. We’ve had some long days here, especially when deadlines are close. Construction and development are never as simple as they look on the original plans. Something always goes a bit sideways, and we have to figure out how to fix it. That’s just how it is. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job for the folks who hire us.
