We run Spick & Span Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd out of C-20/2 in Indra Enclave, over in Nebsarai. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and we’ve been working from here for quite a while. Our job is mostly about keeping places running right, whether that's cleaning or general maintenance. It’s the kind of work that people don’t notice until it doesn't get done, so we stay pretty active. The office is usually a bit chaotic with schedules and cleaning supplies everywhere, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We have a cell number, 98717192029, that rings way more than we’d like, but it keeps us on our toes. Managing facilities isn't glamorous. It’s about showing up on time and making sure things are tidy. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make sure our clients are okay with the state of their buildings. Nebsarai is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily, even with the traffic. We’ve learned over the years that if you just do a solid job, people will keep calling you back. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Delhi; we just want to do right by the people who hire us and keep our staff busy. It is hard work, but someone has to do it, and we are happy to be those people.
