Solasta Developers Private Limited

We have been at 305, Vardhman Keypoint Plaza for a while now. It is in Sector 6, Dwarka, right in that LSC area that gets pretty busy around lunchtime. Solasta Developers Private Limited is basically just us sitting here in the office, looking at site plans and making calls to contractors. It is a decent enough office space, though the elevator in the plaza acts up sometimes and makes a strange noise. Delhi weather does not make things easy for us, especially when we have to go out and look at plots in the heat. Most days we are just drinking tea and trying to get the paperwork sorted. It is not fancy here. There are files everywhere and the desks stay a bit messy. People come in and out, asking about different things we are building. We try to keep things moving along. Sector 6 is a good spot because everything is close by, but finding parking for visitors is always a bit of a headache. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to guys on the ground. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just walk downstairs for a quick break. It is just a regular office life here in New Delhi. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of maps on the wall. We have stayed in this part of Dwarka because it feels like home. The tea stall right outside the main gate knows exactly how we like our ginger chai. It is these small things that make the long workdays go by a bit faster.
