Skc Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Room No. 6 at 372 B in Munirka. We are C/O Sikandar Tokas. Munirka is a very packed neighborhood with narrow lanes and lots of students and office workers living nearby. Our office is just one room, so it gets a bit tight when more than three people are inside. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs, and a lot of folders. The building is typical for Munirka, with steep stairs and not much light in the hallway. We spend our days consulting on management issues. It sounds complicated, but mostly we are just helping people organize their businesses better. We talk a lot on the phone and meet with clients who manage to find our small room. There is always something happening in the street below—vendors selling vegetables or people rushing to the metro. We usually get tea brought in from a shop downstairs. It is not a fancy corporate environment at all. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. Most of the time, we are just in our regular clothes, working through the paperwork. It is a humble setup, but we have been doing this for a while. We know the area well and we like being part of the local mess. It feels real. We just try to provide honest advice from our little corner in New Delhi.
