Silver International

We’re located at C-403 in the Prakriti Apartment, which is part of the IIPA CGHS in Sector-6, Dwarka. It’s right near the D.A.V. Public School, so the area gets pretty noisy when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. Silver International is run more like a family business than anything else. We operate out of this apartment block, so it’s a quiet, residential setting for the most part, except for the school traffic. We don’t have a massive warehouse attached to the office. Instead, we manage the logistics and the deals from here and coordinate with the storage points elsewhere. Most of our work involves a lot of sitting at the computer, making calls, and tracking where the containers are on the ocean. It’s a lot of screen time. Sometimes we have samples of the products we’re exporting scattered around the living area turned office. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just tell you what the price is and when we think it will arrive. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the customs changes. It’s a small, dedicated effort. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while now, and we like being in a place that feels like a home instead of a cold office building. We usually wrap things up once the evening school rush fades away and the street gets quiet again.
