Sikand Group

We’re located at 418 Vasant Enclave in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right in the city center. Sikand Group has been based out of this spot for a good while. The office feels more like a house because, well, it’s in Vasant Enclave. It makes for a more relaxed atmosphere compared to those big glass towers downtown. We have a few rooms converted into offices and a common area where we catch up. It’s not the most modern setup, but it’s comfortable and it works for us. Our team is small and we’ve all been together for quite a bit. We don't really do the whole formal business thing unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just us handling the day-to-day operations and making sure everything is running smoothly. We don't have a big mission statement or a set of values stuck to the wall. We just show up and do what needs doing. Vasant Vihar is a pleasant place to be, with plenty of greenery around. It’s a bit of a change from the hustle and bustle of the main business districts. We don’t get a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine by us. Most of our work is done over the phone or online anyway. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We’ve got our routine down and we just keep at it, year after year, without much noise or flashiness. It’s just how we operate.
