SHUBHKARYA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company is SHUBHKARYA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED and we operate out of Dwarka Phase 2. You can find us at Flat No. 519 on the first floor in Pocket 2, Sector-14. It is a pretty standard setup in a busy part of South West Delhi. We have been here for some time, mainly focusing on building and construction projects around this side of town. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to manage a construction site and deal with all the small details. Our office is often full of samples—tiles, paint swatches, and bits of wood—because we are always trying to figure out what looks best for the price. We deal with the daily grind of city regulations and making sure the trucks show up on time. It can be stressful, but we enjoy the work. We do not go in for big marketing talk or trying to sound like something we are not. We just want to do a decent job so we can get more work later on. Most of our business comes from people who know us or have seen our work nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time on-site, making sure things are moving along. Living and working in Dwarka means we are part of the community here. We just take things as they come and try to solve problems as they pop up.
