We are based out in Dwarka, which is a big residential and commercial hub. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We get in, check the messages, and start looking at what needs to be shipped out. Dwarka is laid out in sectors, so getting around can take some time if you’re not careful with the traffic. Our workspace is mostly filled with shelves and boxes. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine; it’s just a practical area where we manage the inventory. We spend a lot of time on the computer and on the phone, making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late, and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything sorted. It’s just a small group of us here. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of the time we're just wearing whatever is comfortable for moving boxes around. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day, which helps us stay focused. We have a routine of grabbing food from the local stalls nearby, which is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here in Dwarka, keeping things running and making sure the work gets done. There are a few trees outside our window that make the view a little better. We often keep a radio playing in the background just to have some noise while we sort through the paperwork.
