Baderiya Apparels

Our business, Baderiya Apparels, is located at C-134 in the National Apartments, which is on Plot No. 4 in Sector-3, Dwarka. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment complex, but it works for us. We use the space mainly for the administrative side of things and some light work. It’s a quiet building, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise with the boxes. Most of the neighbors are families, so we see kids playing in the common areas when we arrive in the morning. Inside, it looks more like a home that’s been turned into an office. There are tables pushed against the walls and shelves filled with samples and files. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy entrance. If you’re looking for us, you just come up to C-134 like you're visiting a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, coordinating with the people who do the actual production. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the living room area gets cluttered with fabric swatches, but we try to keep it organized enough to find things. Living and working in Dwarka is nice because everything is close by. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team trying to keep the apparel business running smoothly from a cozy spot in Sector-3. The balcony at the back has a few dead plants we keep forgetting to water.
