Sharma Flour Mills

Sharma Flour Mills is located at Shop No. 7 in Sector 6 of the Ballabgarh area in RK Puram. We have a small shop that stays pretty busy throughout the day with people coming in from the surrounding residential quarters. Being in Sector 6 means we are right in the middle of where people live, so they don't have to go far to get their wheat ground. The mill itself is a basic setup with the usual grinding stones and motors that we have to maintain regularly. It can get pretty loud when we are working through a big pile of grain, but the neighbors are used to the sound by now. We see a lot of the same people every week or two, and we know exactly how they like their flour ground, whether they want it very fine or a bit more coarse. The shop is often filled with the warmth of the fresh flour coming out of the machine. We don't have any fancy displays, just the machines and some space to store the sacks. Ballabgarh in RK Puram has its own pace, and we just fit into that daily rhythm. Sometimes we have to deal with a bit of a wait if the power is acting up, but we always try to get the flour back to the families as quick as we can. It is a simple, honest business and we are just here to do the job for the local folks every day.
