You can find Asiatic Electrical & Switchgear P. Ltd down in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase- L. Our unit is at A- 58, and it’s a pretty standard industrial setup. We don't have a big glass front or a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just see the guys working with the components or moving crates around. The area is always loud with the sounds of other factories and trucks idling on the road outside. We’ve been here for many years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit dusty and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really what we worry about. We care about making sure the switchgear is handled properly and the orders are correct. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It's a simple way of working. We don't use any of that corporate talk about goals or visions. We just come in, do the job, and go home. Being in Phase- L means we are surrounded by other people doing similar manual work, and we like that. It feels honest. Sometimes the power goes out in the district, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just how things go in this part of the city.
