We’ve been here at D-28 in Indira Enclave for a good while now. Neb Sarai is a busy spot, and our little office stays pretty active most days. People usually come to us when their cooling systems start making weird noises or just stop working when the heat gets bad. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff, answering the phone, and making sure the guys have the right tools before they head out. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we keep the spare parts and the paperwork. Most of our morning is spent checking the schedule and seeing who needs help with their units. Sometimes the traffic around here makes things take longer than we want, but we try to get things sorted out as they come in. There’s always some dust from the road nearby, so we’re constantly cleaning the desks. We know the neighbors pretty well since we’ve been around the block for years. It isn’t a huge operation, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. When the fans are spinning and the air is moving right, we feel like the day's work is moving along okay. We just focus on the machines in front of us. If you walk past the enclave, you’ll probably see our sign hanging there. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated about how we do things here. We just show up and do the work.
