Our office is located at X-43 in Green Park Main, right near the Shiv Mandir. It’s a very recognizable spot because of the temple, which helps when we are giving directions to people coming in for interviews. We are a small recruitment consultancy and we’ve been operating out of this New Delhi office for quite a few years now. The space is fairly simple, with some chairs for candidates to wait in and a few desks where we handle all the CVs and phone calls. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings with people looking for new jobs. We don't have any of those expensive marketing brochures or a polished sales pitch. Instead, we just talk to people and see if they are a good fit for the roles we have on our list. The office has big windows, so we can see the street life in Green Park, which is always lively. Sometimes the bells from the temple are quite loud, but it’s a nice sound to have in the background while we work. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the day gets long. It's not a corporate environment at all; it’s more like a group of friends who happen to know how to find jobs for people. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door and do our best with the resources we have. We keep things moving and try to stay organized.
