Serco Bpo India Operations

Serco Bpo India Operations is based in Green Park Extension, New Delhi. Our address is F-5, and it’s a fairly busy spot. Since we are a BPO, the office is pretty much always occupied. There are people here at all hours of the day and night. It’s not a quiet place. You can always hear the sound of typing and people talking on their headsets. We have a lot of rows of desks and the lighting is that typical bright office kind. It’s not the most relaxing environment, but it’s where we get the work done. Green Park is a good area because there are plenty of places to eat nearby when we get a break. The park itself is nice for a quick walk if the weather isn't too hot. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a functional space for a large team. We don't use a lot of big corporate words to describe what we do. We just handle the operations that come our way. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the office change quite a bit. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the shifts can be tiring. We just keep each other going with jokes and a lot of tea. We don't have a polished image. We are just a group of people working in Delhi, trying to keep up with the daily tasks.
