You can find us over at 48/G in Vasant Vihar. New Delhi can be a bit of a maze, but this part of town is usually a bit calmer compared to the center. Savills Hr Solutions operates out of this space, and it’s been our home base for quite some time. The building is older, with that classic Delhi look, and there’s a small patch of green outside that we try to keep alive. Inside, it’s mostly desks and the sound of people talking on the phone or typing away. We don't have those fancy glass walls or modern art you see in big corporate offices. Instead, we have shelves that are a bit cluttered and chairs that have been sat in for many hours. The pin code is 110057, which is a busy area, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle for anyone visiting. We usually just take the bus or get dropped off near the main gate. Lunchtime is the best part of the day when we all sit around and share what we brought from home. It smells like parathas and pickles most afternoons. We keep the windows shut when the dust gets too much, but on nice days, a bit of air is good. It’s a practical setup for us. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
