Sanjay Bakery & Confectioners

Sanjay Bakery & Confectioners is located at Shop No 3/4/6 on Church Road. We’ve been in Gopinath Bazaar for a while now. The shop is right there in the Delhi Cantt area. Usually, the morning starts pretty early here. We get the ovens going before the sun is even fully up. It gets quite warm in the back. People walk by on their way to the market. You can see the church nearby. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting their snacks. We handle everything from bread to sweets. The shelves stay pretty full most of the day. There’s always someone coming in for a quick bite or to pick up something for tea. We don’t really have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the shop floor and the counter where we stand. It’s a lot of manual work. We move crates around and make sure the glass cases look okay. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. The floor is old but we keep it clean. Church Road has a lot of traffic. You hear the horns and the people talking outside all the time. It’s just how it is in this part of Delhi Cant. We’re just here doing what we do every day. If you’re walking through Gopinath Bazaar, you’ll see our sign right there among the other shops. We just keep things moving along.
