Samved Infratech Private Limited is based in the Vijay Enclave area. You can find us at Rz-B1/72 on the ground floor, and we also use the space at Kh No-12/5. Being on the ground floor is quite convenient for us since we are always moving things in and out. Vijay Enclave is a busy neighborhood with a lot of local shops and small houses. It feels very connected to the community. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we are usually covered in a bit of dust by the end of the day. The office is very simple. We just have the basic furniture we need to get the work done. There are no fancy decorations or corporate art on the walls. We don't use any complicated marketing language or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team trying to do a good job on every project. Most of our staff live nearby, so we all know the area very well. The traffic in West Delhi can be a bit much, but we have learned all the back lanes to save time. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to our crews on site. It is honest and hard work. We don't make things more complex than they need to be. We just focus on the task at hand and move forward one step at a time.
