We are over in Dwarka Sector 23, tucked away in New Kanchanjunga Apartment at B-404. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to some other parts of Delhi, which we like. Samridhi Engineering And Constructions Private Limited has been operating from here for some time. We handle the engineering side and the actual building part too. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and various sites around South West Delhi. We are a small group, not some giant firm where you can’t ever talk to the person in charge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over blueprints or arguing about a specific beam or some plumbing layout. We don’t have a flashy storefront. It’s more of a workspace where we plan things out. The building trade is tough and there are always unexpected problems that pop up, like a delivery getting stuck in traffic or a machine breaking down. We just deal with those things as they come. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Our work usually speaks for itself, and word spreads around the apartments and sectors here. We just want to do a job that lasts and doesn't cause people headaches later on. It’s practical work for practical people. That is really the long and short of how we run things here in Dwarka.
