Finding us can be a bit of a trek if you aren't familiar with Mohammadpur. We are located on the fourth floor of House No: G-129/20, near Bhikaji Cama Place. It is a bit of a climb since there isn't always a reliable lift, but we have been here for some time now and our legs have gotten used to the stairs. Ved Joon’s place is where we set up, and it serves us well enough for what we do on a daily basis. The office is tucked away, so it stays fairly quiet despite being in such a busy part of New Delhi. We spend most of our time coordinating different projects and keeping track of our records. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and some stacks of paper that never seem to get any smaller. Mohammadpur is a tight-knit area, and we’ve gotten to know the people who run the shops downstairs pretty well. We aren't a big organization with a huge staff, just a small group trying to keep things running smoothly. The views from the fourth floor aren't much to look at, just roofs and laundry lines, but it feels like home to us. Sometimes we have to run down to the market for supplies or to grab a quick snack from the vendor on the corner. It’s not a polished corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We do our best to stay on top of our daily tasks without overcomplicating things. It’s practical work in a practical space.
