Ritik Buildcon Private Limited

Ritik Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Fatehpur Beri, right here in New Delhi. Our office is at 1137Gf, and it’s where most of the daily planning happens. It’s not a very big place, just a ground floor setup where we keep our files and meet with the guys who work on the sites. Being in South West Delhi, we spend a lot of time traveling between different locations to see how the building work is going. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers about cement or bricks and making sure the labor shows up on time. It gets pretty loud and busy around the village area, especially during the day when everyone is moving around. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, so the locals know us. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes there are delays because of the weather or something else, but we just deal with things as they come. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find someone sitting at a desk checking over blueprints or looking at invoices. It’s a practical way to run a business. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the structures up. Some days the traffic in Delhi makes it hard to get anywhere fast, but we manage. If you come by Fatehpur Beri, you’ll see our sign. It's a regular work environment where we just get things done day by day.
