We are located at A-23/1 A in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase I, which is a very busy part of the city. Relief India Hospitality Solution Pvt. Ltd is just one of many businesses in this crowded area. Everywhere you look, there are trucks being loaded, workers moving crates, and people walking quickly to get to their units. It is a very grey and dusty environment, but there is a lot of energy in the air. Our unit is a practical space designed for utility. We have a main area where the bulk of the work happens and a small section for our administrative stuff. The floors are concrete and the walls are painted a simple white, though they get dirty pretty fast given where we are. It is quite a maze to navigate the lanes of Naraina if you aren't used to it. The noise of the machinery from the other units is constant, and you just get used to it after a few days. We start our day early to avoid the worst of the traffic, which can be a real mess around here. There isn't much in the way of decoration in our office; we just have what we need to function. We eat our lunch at our desks or go out to one of the local stalls if we have time. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the job.
