We spend most of our time here at C 404 Anusandhan Apartments in Sector 6. It’s a busy spot in Dwarka. People come in and out of Plot No 22 all day long. Honestly, it gets a bit noisy sometimes, but we like being in the middle of things. Most of the work involves sitting at the desk, looking over papers for local property deals. We know the New Delhi 110075 area quite well because we’ve been walking these streets for years. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare getting here, but that’s just part of living in the city. There is a lot of back and forth with phone calls. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office space where we try to get things sorted for folks looking for a place. You might find us drinking tea and staring at a map of the sector. There’s always someone asking about prices or land rules. We try to keep things straight and simple. No one has time for complicated talk. Usually, we just tell people what we see and let them decide. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of us working through the files every morning. The sun hits the window in a funny way in the afternoon, making it hard to see the computer screen. We just pull the blinds and keep going. That’s how it is most days. Our files are a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
