24 7 Customer

We have been operating out of this first floor spot in Vasant Kunj for a while now. It’s located at House Number 1676, right in the B 1 area. New Delhi can be a pretty hectic place to run a business, and this neighborhood is no different. The traffic near the main market often makes getting here a bit of a chore in the mornings. We do not have a giant office with shiny glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we handle customer queries day and night. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy stuff up is always a fun time for the staff. Most of us just bring our lunch and eat together in the small break area we have set up. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which I guess is nice in its own way. We handle a lot of calls and emails, so the room usually has a constant hum of people talking. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it gets really hot in June, but we manage. People in the area know us as the 24 7 Customer place. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure everything is sorted before the next shift comes in. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our routine here in Delhi. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss or drama.
