Our place is right on Mandi Road in New Nanglapuri, number 123 to be exact. If you know Mehrauli, you know how busy it gets around here with the traffic and people moving everywhere. Rattan Chand Raj Company has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The building is older, but it serves us well for storing everything we need. We mostly spend our days on the phone or dealing with the loaders who come and go. It is noisy outside with the bikes and the horns honking constantly. Inside, it is a bit quieter but always cluttered with paperwork and samples. We are not trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a local company making a living. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors. It is that kind of place. Mehrauli has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that daily grind. We keep the doors open through the heat and the rain. People know they can find us here from morning until the sun goes down. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us behind a desk or back in the storage area. It is just how we operate. There is always something to move or someone to talk to, which keeps us busy.
