Phase 6 can be a bit loud with all the activity, but you get used to it. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. It works for us. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because people usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focusing on the tasks at hand and making sure the equipment is sorted. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing a decent job day in and day out. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back.
