You can find Prt Developers over in West Patel Nagar. We are on the first floor at 2/3, facing the front side of the building. It’s a central spot in Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. We started this company to handle development and building work around the city. It’s a small operation, mostly run by a few of us who have been in the trade for years. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to do our work and go home. Our office is usually filled with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or stone. It's a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. Building in Central Delhi is tricky because space is so tight. You have to be careful about every inch. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking in on our sites to make sure things are moving. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of sweating in the sun and dealing with broken machinery. We just try to be practical about what can be achieved with the budget and the timeline. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We just keep our heads down and keep working to get things done right without making a big fuss about it.
