Protiviti

Over in Dwarka, specifically in the DDA LIG Flats of Sector 18 B, you’ll find the office for Protiviti. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from the usual commercial hubs. We prefer it this way because it’s a bit quieter and easier to focus. We do consulting work, which basically means a lot of meetings, phone calls, and looking at data on screens. The space is simple. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decorations because we’re usually too busy to notice. Most of the people working here are from around the Delhi area. We’ve got a small team that handles different types of business advice and risk management stuff. It’s a lot of reading through documents and trying to figure out where things might go wrong for a project. The commute for the staff isn't too bad since the metro is close by. We don't have a formal dress code unless we’re heading out to meet a client. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living in this part of town. We just deal with it and keep working. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just want to finish the work and make sure our clients are satisfied with what we’ve done.
