Posco Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon

Even though our company name says Posco Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, our physical office for this branch is actually in Dwarka, New Delhi. We are located at B503 in the Pragjyotishpur Apartments, which is on Plot No. 7 in Sector 10. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an engineering firm because it’s inside a residential apartment complex, but it works for us. The pincode is 110075. Being in Dwarka is quite convenient because the metro is nearby and the area is well-planned compared to other parts of Delhi. Our office is basically a flat that has been converted into a workspace. It makes for a very informal and relaxed atmosphere, almost like working from home but with a full team. We have our computers set up in the different rooms, and we use the kitchen area for our lunch breaks. We handle various construction and engineering matters from here, mostly focusing on the administrative and planning side of things. Since we are in an apartment building, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so it’s usually pretty quiet. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do all our thinking and organizing for the bigger projects. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a doorbell and a normal front door, which feels very human.
