Continental Engineering Corporation, Taiwan has its local base over at Pnb Apartment in Dwarka. Specifically, we are in A-304, Plot-11, Sector-4. It is a residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. Being in New Delhi 110075, we are quite a distance from the main center, but Dwarka has its own rhythm that we have grown to like over the years. We handle the engineering coordination from this apartment office. It is packed with desks and filing cabinets, and sometimes it feels a bit tight when we have a full crew in, but we make it work. We are not into big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the technical side of the engineering projects that come through our door. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though we do have our moments of stress when things get complicated. Usually, you will find someone looking through a manual or typing away at a report. It is just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Dwarka. We have our routines, like the mid-afternoon snack break, and we try to keep things simple. It’s an honest way to work, and being in an apartment complex means we feel more like a part of the local neighborhood than some big detached corporation. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the usual city noise, and we've been here for quite some time now.
