Coteba operates out of an apartment in Dwarka, specifically B-305 in the Kairaili Apartments. Being in Sector-3 means we are right in the middle of a busy residential hub. Plot No. 10 is where the building stands, and we have been here for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy office building with a glass elevator. It’s a regular apartment where we’ve set up our desks and files. We deal with various project management and technical bits from this space. The rooms are filled with blueprints and schedules. Working in an apartment complex means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things relatively quiet. You won't find any corporate art or sleek receptionists here. It is just us in our regular clothes, drinking tea and looking at project plans. The 110075 area of New Delhi is pretty convenient for us, with shops and banks just a short walk away. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or we have to wait for the water tanker, but we just get on with it. It is a very practical, no-nonsense way of working. We don't feel the need to be in a big expensive tower to do our jobs well. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and manage the projects we have on our plate. It is a simple setup for a hardworking team. Our balcony looks out over the street.
