Plasel Products Pvt. Ltd. is situated at C-15 in the Qutab Institutional Area. It’s a part of Delhi that has a lot of offices and organizations tucked away from the main noise of the city. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while. The space is mostly taken up by our product samples and the workstations where we handle the administrative side of the business. It’s a practical setup with gray metal desks and plenty of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. The day usually begins with a cup of coffee and a look at the production schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the factory or checking on shipping dates. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we just keep a few fans going to stay cool. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the products we make. We don't have any interest in being a "disruptor" or anything like that; we just want to make sure the items we sell are made properly and get to where they need to go. It’s a lot of routine work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a big order finally leave the warehouse after weeks of preparation for the client.
