Our small team at Pipal Research India Private Limited is located over at Flat No 413 in Phase 1, Pocket 13 of the DDA Flats in Manglapuri. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Manglapuri Bus Stand which makes it pretty easy for people to find the general area. We are in Dwarka, New Delhi. The office is inside a regular residential block. It is not some high-rise office tower with a lobby. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. There are kids playing outside sometimes and you can hear the buses coming and going from the stand nearby. We spend our days at our desks handling whatever research comes our way. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time but we manage just fine. We have a small kettle for making chai and that gets used a lot during the winter months. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. It is just us doing the work we are supposed to do. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs. It is an honest place to work and we have built a good routine here over time. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs well in our own little corner.
