Pipal Research Corporation

Our office is tucked away in Hauz Khas at Y 7. It is one of those parts of New Delhi that everyone knows but our street is actually pretty quiet compared to the main market area. We’ve been running Pipal Research Corporation from this spot and it suits us just fine. The building has its quirks like any older place in the city. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep after a long day of work. We aren't trying to be some giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here most days. We focus on the work at hand and don't spend much time on decorations or looking impressive. There is a lot of history in this neighborhood which is nice when you go out for a walk during a break. Parking can be a real headache around here so most of us take the metro or just walk if we live close enough. We have our computers and our files and that is pretty much all we need to keep things moving. We chose this location because it feels central but still has a bit of a local neighborhood vibe. It is a straightforward operation we have going on. Nothing too flashy, just people doing their jobs in a corner of Delhi that we have grown quite fond of over the years. We hope to stay here for the foreseeable future.
