At Pinnacle Hr Search And Development Pvt. Lt, we operate out of the ground floor at F-224 in Katwaria Sarai. It’s a handy location in New Delhi 110016. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with elevators or long stairs. We do HR search and development work, which basically means we spend all day looking for people and talking to companies. The office is pretty simple, with a couple of cabins and a main area where the phones are always ringing. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have a fancy lobby or any expensive art on the walls. It’s just a functional workspace where we get things done. Katwaria Sarai is a busy area with a lot of students and professionals moving around, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve got a small pantry where we make coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do our job well and help the people who come to us. We don't have a PR person or a marketing budget. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign. It’s an honest, everyday business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work.
