You can find us at New APS in the Delhi Cant area. We’ve been at this location, units 4 and 5, for some time. It’s an industrial sort of spot, which suits the kind of work we do. Being in New Delhi means it’s always crowded and noisy outside, but inside the office, we just focus on the parts and equipment we handle. We’re part of the bigger Phoenix Contact network, but here on the ground, it’s just a group of us managing the day-to-day stuff for the India side. We deal with a lot of technical items and shipping crates. The floors are concrete and the shelves are usually pretty full. It’s not a place for a fancy lunch, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons getting things out the door. The 110010 area code is home for us during the work week. Sometimes the traffic makes it a chore to get here, but once we’re in, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. We’d rather make sure everything is sorted correctly. It's a lot of paperwork and manual checking, but that’s how we keep things running. We’ve got a system that works for us and we just stick to it. We aren't here to impress anyone, just to get the job finished.
