Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc.

Our spot is at 756, Epdp Society, Dakshinayan, right on Plot-19 in Sector-4, Dwarka. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, but being inside the society gives us a little bit of peace compared to the main roads. Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. has been here for a while, and we’ve become part of the furniture, so to speak. Our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a kettle that is always running. We don’t go in for fancy decor or trying to look like we’re on Wall Street. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. Every day involves a lot of coordination and checking over things to make sure they are right. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The security guards at the gate know us by name, and we usually stop for a chat with the neighbors on our way in. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just speak our minds and work hard. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we don't let it bother us. We are focused on the tasks at hand and making sure we stay busy. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we value getting the work finished over looking important. That's just how we operate in Dwarka.
