PAREENA HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been working out of Flat 64 at The Palms Apartments in Sector 6, Dwarka for some time now. It is a quiet enough spot in West Delhi where we handle everything related to Pareena Homes. Dealing with property and housing projects means our days are usually a bit chaotic, with people calling about different plots or wanting to see where things stand with their units. Dwarka is a big area, so being in Sector 6 keeps us fairly central to most of the sites we look after. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It is just a regular apartment converted into our workspace where we keep all the files and maps. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years, so we understand how the local housing market can be a bit of a headache for folks. We just try to get through the paperwork and the site visits without making things more complicated. It is not always smooth, and sometimes there are delays with the authorities or construction crews, but we stay at it. We spend a lot of time on the phone and sitting around the table here in Dwarka trying to figure out schedules. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon slumps.
