There’s a lot of activity around the Janata Flats, with families and other small businesses nearby. It feels like a real community. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. If you’re looking for us, you just look for the door number. We handle everything ourselves. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. It’s just Pardeep Panwar doing business from a residential spot. It keeps costs down and lets us stay focused on the actual tasks. We’ve been in Delhi for a long time, so we know how things work here. The metro isn't too far away, which is convenient for getting around when we have to. Most of the time, we’re just here at the desk, making sure things are moving along. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we prefer it that way. No complications, just work from the ground floor of Section 16-B.
